It started with the CompuVision website
The website wasn't contributing to the company's marketing and sales goals. Branding was inconsistent from page to page, the user experience fell short, the hosting and management system needed an upgrade, and the site lacked the marketing practices that turn traffic into pipeline.
100+ pages, rebuilt
A sales- and marketing-focused site covering the company, its services and solutions, and useful resources, plus a separate support website.
A hosting stack that holds
A new server management platform on Kinsta with Cloudflare SSL and CDN, resolving performance issues and IT resources to support the internal team.
Wired to the revenue engine
HubSpot analytics for closed-loop reporting and contact forms connected to the CRM. Every lead landing in the system the sales team actually worked in.
They had HubSpot. They didn't have a HubSpot that worked for the business.
No process for the data
Inconsistent, or missing, processes for managing data inside the platform.
Sales and marketing out of step
The two teams worked the same platform without alignment inside it.
No source of truth
Customer and pipeline data had no single, central home the business could trust.
Reporting leadership couldn't act on
No accurate, detailed reporting rolling up to the executive level.
We started where we always start: an honest audit
A comprehensive review of every tool and asset in the portal, identifying the inefficiencies, gaps and data-cleanliness errors holding the team back. Then we built processes around the company's actual marketing and sales motions.
- Sales Hub: Custom deal pipelines, deal automations for sales reps, and a HubSpot/PandaDoc integration to speed up quoting.
- Service Hub: Full implementation, including NPS surveying.
- Data: Custom properties, list segmentation, an ongoing data hygiene program, and workflows for marketing, sales and hygiene.
- Reporting: Custom dashboards connecting sales and marketing activity to what executives needed to see.
- Enablement: Marketing, sales and CRM training sessions, backed by best-practice and process documentation the internal team could rely on.
Audit first. Every scope of work started with what was actually in the portal, not an assumed build.
Connecting HubSpot to the rest of the stack
A CRM only becomes the source of truth when it talks to everything around it. Across the engagement we connected and managed the integrations the sales and marketing teams ran on every day.
- PandaDoc: Quote and close without leaving the deal record.
- ConnectWise: The PSA platform at the heart of most MSPs, kept in step with the CRM.
- Novocall: Website callback requests connected to the rest of the stack.
- ZoomInfo: Property mapping, reporting on sourced data, and WebSights identifying visiting companies.
- Microsoft Teams: Sales conversations kept connected to the CRM.
- WordPress: HubSpot analytics and CRM-connected forms on the site, alongside the Kinsta and Cloudflare stack.
HubSpot, the source of truth: Plus managed list imports, quarterly IP-reversal lists, snippet and template upkeep, and up to four new workflow builds a month under the support retainer.
HubSpot stopped being an island and started being an engine.
Sales reps moved faster
Deal automations, pipelines built around the real sales process, and documented workflows cut the manual work out of daily selling.
Cleaner, more useful data
The hygiene program turned the portal into a source of truth the team could trust and reduced the cost of carrying non-marketable contacts.
Reporting that reached the executive level
Custom dashboards bridged sales and marketing reporting and rolled it up for leadership.
Steady through an acquisition
In their words
They really transformed our HubSpot into a working element of the business, bridging the gap between sales and marketing reporting and then to executive. I would give them a ten.
Cara Bedford, Director of Strategic Marketing, CompuVision
The documentation is unmatched, I've never seen that before... super helpful and amazing.
Courtney Casey, Director of Marketing, VC3
