We made the switch to a four day workweek at Second Mile, and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our employees are now able to enjoy an additional day off each week, allowing them to spend more time with their families, pursue personal interests, or simply relax and recharge.
The results are undeniable - increased productivity and better overall performance. We believe that this move has not only improved the lives of our employees, but has also made us more efficient and effective to produce our best work.
At Second Mile, we believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential for our employees' well-being and productivity. That's why we're thrilled to offer ample paid time off as a way for our team members to recharge and pursue their passions outside of work.
We don't want our employees to feel guilty for taking time off or worry about accruing vacation days. Instead, we encourage them to use their PTO to explore new places, spend time with loved ones, or simply take a mental health day when needed. We trust our team to manage their workload and responsibilities, and we support them in prioritizing their personal and professional growth.
So, go ahead and book that trip you've been dreaming of, or take a long weekend to unwind. At Second Mile, we've got you covered.
At Second Mile, we understand the value of a healthy lifestyle, which is why we offer a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Our package includes top-notch medical, vision, and dental insurance, so you can rest assured that your health is in good hands.
Additionally, we offer options for a Health Savings Account (HSA), which allows you to save money on medical expenses while also preparing for unexpected healthcare costs. Our goal is to provide our employees with the tools and resources they need to stay healthy and happy, both in and out of the workplace.

I love working at Second Mile because I get to work with incredibly quality people, create a great work-life balance, and contribute excellent solutions that help our clients and company become better versions of themselves. It’s my dream job!
Knowing I have a three-day weekend ahead means I'm more motivated and focused at work. Since we made the switch I have better work-life balance and I honestly can't imagine working anywhere else.
