Their customer data lived across disconnected systems: Atlas for ecommerce, Salesforce for zones, and ServiceNow for service tracking. Each held different customer information versions, creating fragmented views that made informed decisions impossible.

Manual lifecycle processes required weekly CSV uploads and hand-built reports to move contacts from presale to active status. This consumed critical resources and created failure points where customers could fall through cracks during the crucial 10-14 day installation waiting period.

The company's first presale program lacked supporting infrastructure. Without systematic customer nurturing during installation waits, buyers experienced remorse or sought alternatives. Meta advertising costs hovered near $0.90 per click, with one rival ISP triggering 4,500 bot lookups in a weekend, skewing analytics. Prospects received only single email/SMS communications—no nurture sequences or re-engagement logic.
